Ovaen Women’s Oversized Hoodies

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ovaen, we carefully check every order before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with any issue, such as a tear, defect, stain, or damage, you must contact us on the same day of delivery by email, Instagram, or WhatsApp, and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

If the item is found to have a defect or was damaged before or during delivery, we will review the case and arrange an exchange or return/refund, depending on the situation.

Wrong Color

If you receive a different color from the one you ordered, please contact us on the same day of delivery. After reviewing the case, we will arrange an exchange or return, depending on the specific situation.

Size Exchange

If you would like to change the size or the size received is not suitable, you can request an exchange.

Size exchanges are allowed subject to availability, and the customer is responsible for the delivery fees for the exchange.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or simply not liking the item after receiving it.

Please make sure to check your order carefully upon delivery, as our orders are opened and checked with the shipping company’s delivery representative at the time of delivery.
